FYP-APPAREL was established in 2009 with a goal of making organizations and teams stand out from their competitors. Our company specializes in custom team wear, uniforms and apparel for Soccer and various sports teams.

Our head office is located in Memphis, Tennessee, USA. However, due to substantial growth in recent years, we have also established offices in other areas of Canada, Spain, and coming soon in other countries.

Our design team keeps up to date with all the current fashion and sports trends so we can offer total customization on every garment we make.

Shipping and Returns

FYP-APPAREL makes every effort to ship your item(s) to you within 14 business days of receiving the order.

After that, it will take another 1-4 business days for Fedex or UPS to deliver the product to you depending on the exact delivery location.

All orders are shipped via Fedex or UPS for domestic and DHL for International, and are shipped from our main warehouse in Memphis, Tennessee.

FYP-APPAREL quality control team will check every order prior to shipping. Feel free to inspect your merchandise upon receipt. All claims of shortages/defects must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

Returns and/or exchanges will not be accepted without prior authorization, and a return authorization number must appear on the return address label
(contact sales@fypapparel.com for this RA Number).

Used, damaged, or printed merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

What is Dye Sublimation?

Dye Sublimation is a heat transfer process that imprints your logos and graphics into the fabric to essentially make the designs part of the fabric.

What are the advantages of Dye Sublimation over Screen Printing?

How do I place an order?

You can place an order over the phone, text, WhatsApp or via email. You can call 404-322-5687 and one of our sales reps will guide you through the design/ordering process.

How much are artwork/setup fees?

We charge a $50 non-refundable deposit on most orders to begin the artwork process. The $50 is applied towards your future order as long as you stay under 4 art revisions.

What is the minimum order?

For all garments and accessories, the minimum is always 12.

How can I check on the status of my order?

Typical orders leave our facility in 14 business days after receiving your final artwork approval and payment.

Do you send out sizing samples?

Please read the detail of each product on our sizing chart page. We provide exact measurements of finished garments for you to compare to ones you may already have. If you need more clarification, contact us.

Can I get that in a Youth size?

Yes, almost all of our products come in youth sizes! Full Dyes can be made all the way down to onesies for the youngest fan!

Do you color match?

If you are looking for an exact color match, you will have to send in a garment with the exact color you are looking to match.

What forms of payment do you accept?
